All Vacation Rental Properties come very well equiped and fully furnished ready for you to arrive and enjoy!!
Once you have chosen a Vacation Property that you would like to stay in, please click on the BOOK NOW and send us an email request with dates and requirements. As soon as we receive your booking request, one of our booking advisers will contact you to complete the booking and take payment for deposit.
At the time of the booking 20% of the total fee is taken by, Credit Card or check. Then, 6 weeks prior to your arrival date the final balance will be requested. At the time of the booking, the terms and conditions of the booking will be explained to you or please see below for booking terms and conditions at bottom of this page. On final payment, a security deposit will be requested from you (this is also outlined in our booking terms and conditions). This will be refunded to you, after departure upon inspecton of the rental property. |
